Getting Started

Installation:

  • System Requirements: The software integrates with tools such as Google Workspace and Active Directory. No standalone installation is necessary as it operates via a web-based interface.

Quick Start Guide:

  1. Sync Employees: Using Google Workspace, Microsoft, Okta, or manual upload, sync the employees to the platform.
  2. Select Training Content: Choose from a library of modules ranging from phishing threats to secure coding.
  3. Launch Campaign: Create and schedule phishing simulation campaigns via the web interface and monitor results in real time.

Basic Configuration:

  • Customizing Phishing Campaigns: Users can select various phishing scenarios (emails, spoof pages, etc.) Automated reminders can be configured via Slack or email for training completion​.

User Guide

Navigating the Interface:

  • The main dashboard allows administrators to view campaign progress, employee compliance rates, and generate reports. Key features like campaign creation, reporting, and training modules are easily accessible from the interface.

Features & Workflows:

  • Phishing Campaign Creation: Administrators create a campaign by defining employee groups, selecting phishing templates, and configuring fail conditions. The platform automates the attack delivery based on selected parameters.
  • Real-Time Reporting: Track quiz attempts, time spent on each module, and training completion rates. Reporting can be exported or viewed directly within the admin portal.
  • Remediation Workflows: After an employee fails a phishing test, they are automatically enrolled in a remediation campaign​.
